Our indoor sports sessions put a fun spin on physical activity. Whether the session is focused on basketball, cricket, futsal, wheelchair sports or squash (just to name a few), you are bound to learn something new, have a laugh and break a sweat.
This activity is great for practicing your hand-eye coordination, motor skills, and maintaining your physical health.
Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the hour.
